Terms of Service

Deposit

A 30% deposit of the total treatment price is required to reserve a spot. The remaining balance is payable at the salon. All deposits are non-refundable, unless there is an inconvenience on our part.


Payment policy

Payments at the salon are only accepted by card. Cash payments are not accepted. A fixed fee of €0.25 applies to each card transaction.


On-time arrival

We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If this period has passed and you are still not there, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Each treatment is time-sensitive and requires the full time slot to be carried out properly. Therefore, we ask that you arrive on time so we can provide your treatment with the necessary attention and care.


Liability

We ask that you inform us in advance of any skin problems, allergies, or relevant medical conditions. We only use professional products that are completely safe. However, we cannot guarantee that your skin will not react negatively to them. An allergic reaction can unfortunately still occur, regardless of the quality of the product and its correct use. This reaction is not always predictable and usually only becomes apparent after the treatment has taken place. If an allergic reaction does occur, we will refund 35% of the treatment fee.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a €10.00 cancellation fee. If you miss an appointment without prior notice (no-show), access to our booking system will be blocked, making it impossible to reschedule.


Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour period in which you can contact us about any issues or questions regarding your recent treatment. Please note that refunds are only offered in the cases outlined in our Terms of Service. However, we will do our utmost to resolve any issue that may have arisen to your satisfaction.


Permission for photo and video material

Permission may be requested for taking photos and/or videos. This will only happen if the client grants permission and feels comfortable in front of the camera. The images captured will be used exclusively for promotional purposes on social media. By giving permission for the taking of photos and videos, you also agree to the publication of this material on our social media platforms.


House rules

Due to the limited capacity of the waiting room, we apply the following house rules:

  • It is not permitted to bring company or pets to the appointment.
  • It is advisable to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment.
