Deposit
To book an appointment, a deposit of 40% of the total treatment amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid at the salon.

Deposits are under no circumstances refundable, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances on our part.

Payment Policy
Only card payments are accepted in the salon. Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted.

A fixed transaction fee of €0.25 will be charged per card transaction.

Timely Arrival
We allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the appointment may be cancelled. All appointments are time-sensitive and require the full time slot to perform the treatment properly and carefully. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Liability
We kindly request that you inform us in advance of any skin problems, allergies, or relevant medical conditions.

Although we only work with professional and safe products, we cannot guarantee that no skin reaction will occur. Allergic reactions can occur despite careful handling and are not always predictable in advance.

If an allergic reaction occurs as a result of the treatment, 30% of the treatment amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time via the link in the confirmation email.

If an appointment is missed without prior notice (no-show) or cancelled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of €15.00 will be charged. This also applies in cases of force majeure.

Refund Policy
You have the option to contact us within 48 hours after the treatment for any complaints or questions.

Refunds are only issued in the cases described in these terms and conditions. We aim to always resolve any issues reasonably and to your satisfaction.

Consent for Photo and Video Material
Consent for taking photo and/or video material will always be requested in advance. This will only happen if you feel comfortable with it.

The visual material will be used exclusively for promotional purposes on social media. By giving consent, you also agree to the publication of this material.

House Rules

Due to the limited space in the salon's waiting area, the following rules apply:

• It is not permitted to bring companions or pets to the appointment.
• We kindly request that you do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the appointment.
